Supported Devices

The following Ricoh devices are compatible with the most current released version of our Embedded product.

Compatibility Requirements:

  • Device must be classified as an MFP (multi-function printer).
    Single function printers and scanners/digital senders are not supported.

Our embedded application’s copy cost recovery feature does not work in conjunction with Fiery controllers because the Ricoh device’s Print Volume Use Limitation options are not available. All other embedded application features work correctly in the presence of a Fiery controller.
